Who We Are
Pathways Journey Home was built out of a deep calling: to stand in the gap for young people aging out of the foster care system or navigating the heavy burdens of the juvenile justice network. Without solid support, these young adults are often forced into sudden, unguided survival mode.
Our organization has a profound passion for helping youth dismantle generational trauma and overcome structural barriers. We believe that a successful transition to adulthood requires more than a temporary shelter; it demands an intentional framework rooted in unconditional compassion, mutual accountability, personal empowerment, and shared opportunity.
Through stable physical shelter, robust clinical healing, workforce skills, and continuous peer belonging, we help youth establish permanent, independent lives. We walk side-by-side with every resident, helping them turn trauma into resilient stepping stones.
